Each session is conducted over the phone, so you can grab a cup of tea and get comfortable. Without the distraction of a screen, you can put your ear buds in, close your eyes and allow yourself to go into a relaxed state, where you just listen or share if you feel inclined.
I also do sessions by email and have accommodated my deaf clients and others who enjoy the freedom of this type of a session.
At the beginning of the call, we will discuss our focus for the session. If by email, we will discuss our focus by email and you will be able to email any questions or confirmations afterwards.
During the session, I will be doing most of the heavy lifting, as I uncover the emotional pathways that need releasing, and the parts of you that need healing. Using my poweful trauma healing system, I will explain what is coming through for you to acknowledge and process. If we are on the phone, I may ask questions from time to time, as sometimes a discussion is part of the process, yet the depth of what you share is up to you.
It's important to be prepared for the unknown and keep an open mind to new concepts and information that may touch on delicate subjects. Make sure to be in a quiet space where you will not be distracted or disturbed. Each session is as unique, as the individual and is often otherworldly.
You may have an emotional release during or after the session, so keep this in mind. It's important to make room for this, by using awareness and allowing for your emotions to flow when they come up. Sometimes, an emotional release may come at, what seems like, the most inopportune time to have a release, but if the situation triggered a release, it is actually exactly what was needed.
At the end of the session, I will email you your session notes, that will include the emotional releases and the parts of yourself that were integrated, along with any guidance, homework or observations from the session.
As a disclaimer, I am not healing or curing anyone, but rather, guiding my clients to heal or cure themselves, as we all have the power to heal ourselves, when given the proper tools and support to do so.
